According to Us Weekly, legal paperwork was finalized by both lawyers for Holmes, 46, and Fiebig, 45, Thursday.Records state that a certificate of dissolution of marriage was handled at the New York County Supreme Court.

However, the settlement and divorce judgment are still pending.Holmes shares daughter Sabine with Fiebig, as well as two other children from his previous marriage to Amy Ferson.He tied the knot with Fiebig in 2010.

News of Holmes and Robach’s rendezvous made headlines last November.Page Six reported earlier this year that Robach, 50, and Holmes were out at ABC and reportedly received contract payouts amid the scandal.Fiebig broke her silence over the affair in January. “During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter [Sabine],” her attorney Stephanie Lehman said in a statement on her behalf.“Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter,” she added.
