And with Ola now feeling more confident in herself, she's been showing off her new figure in some entertaining videos, including her doing the shopping in her underwear.
But James, 44, has confessed that his loose lips recently got him in trouble with Ola after he boasted that she now "walks around naked" since losing 3.5 stone.
Speaking at the Together for Short Lives Ball, a charity fundraiser, earlier this year the TV personality had boasted to the press: "She walks around naked all the time." Admitting that his comments "got him in trouble" with his wife, he decided to clear up what he meant, telling the Mirror: "She walks around with a lot less clothes on now, let’s put it that way.
