Tonight's finale episode saw Anton's family join them for the final part of their journey, and Giovanni emotionally told Anton: "Thank you for having me in your country.To say I'm glad to be here is not enough, I came here because I can see my best friend happier." In response, Anton said: "What a lovely lovely way to spend the summer.
Where to next? " This led to Giovanni hinting that their show might return, as he replied: "Well it doesn't really matter where we're going as long as we are together.
I love you," before they shared a hug. Strictly judge Anton then told his friend: "I love you too. It’s been great to revisit, lovely memories," as they walked off into the night in Spain.
