Hamilton boss John Rankin says his players are buzzing to play Stirling Albion at Forthbank today - as it offers the only grass pitch in League One.Accies top the table with a 100 per cent record from their opening four games and now travel to Darren Young's fourth-place Binos looking to stay ahead of nearest rivals Falkirk. This afternoon's clash will be a bit of a novelty for Rankin's squad with all nine of the other sides in the division playing on plastic. And he said: "It is a tough game but it is on the only grass pitch in the league so straight away the players are looking forward to that, they are buzzing."Everyone else is astro in the league so that will be a bit different for us."But it is one we are looking forward to.

Stirling are a good side who have come up with a lot of confidence from winning League Two."So it is important that we go there and get our fundamentals right, that will stand us in good stead."The message is to go there and work hard because Stirling have been on a good run and started the season well, so we know it will be difficult."Accies' start to the season has been so strong they are now the only team in the top four Scottish and English leagues yet to lose a league goal this season, bettering the likes of Manchester City."I think it is something to be proud of, that we haven't conceded a league goal," said Rankin."It would be naive to think we could continue that for a long period of time."It has been highlighted that we have been keeping clean sheets, but we know we will concede at some point, so it will be a case of how do we react to that?"The challenge to the players now is how long they can keep it going."Follow Lanarkshire Live Sport onTwitter via@LanLiveSport, like us onFacebookor
