Star Wars: What Is Going On With The Lando Show?

The last update that writer Justin Simien got about the show was in the year 2020. Since then it has been radio silence from Disney and Lucasfilm.“I certainly poured my heart and spent a lot of time working with them to put together a really great show,” Simien said. “It feels like everybody loves it, and, I was told we had to put a pause on it because of scheduling, and the next update I got [was in 2020], some years ago.
So I don’t know, I have no idea what’s going on with it.” as reported by IGN.com. Lando was announced in 2020, but right after Disney started to focus on other shows such as The Mandalorian, Kenobi, and The Book Of Boba Fett.
This may have been the scheduling issue that Simien was talking about. With the very limited information we have about that show, it is all but confirmed that Donald Glover was returning to play Lando Calrissian.
