According to reports from People and TMZ, the 51-year-old actress filed documents to make their split official, after separating in January. Keep reading to find out more… TMZ says that according to documents, Shannen requested spousal support and also asked that it not be awarded to Kurt, a photographer. Shannen‘s rep, Leslie Sloane, told People that “divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted.
Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option.” Leslie also alleged that Kurt‘s agent was “intimately involved” with their divorce. Shannen was previously married to Ashley Hamilton from 1993 to 1994, and Rick Salomon from 2002 to 2003.
She and Kurt wed in 2011. Just last month, Shannen shared a new update in her health journey, as she has been battling breast cancer for years.
