Savvy mum's cheap £1 hack dissolve dirty oven grease 'in just 10 minutes'

However, one savvy mum has come to the rescue with a smart hack that will melt away the grease in minutes - and it's also super affordable.As reported by The Mirror, the woman wrote in the Mums Who Clean Facebook group: "I had a spare 10 minutes, and knew my range hood filter, and BBQ trivet needing cleaning."Given the awkward position oven racks and filters are in, they are almost impossible to clean.
However, the woman shared her simple hack that has made cleaning the oven much easier - and almost a "joy" - is cornflour. The mum explained: "I can honestly say it's a pleasure to clean them when it's so easy.
I use the same process for my oven racks, roast tray, greasy fry pans etc."She also said that she "hates" waiting for the expensive oven cleaners to do their job, so using cornflour gets it over "and done with".The woman added: "I just wanted to share how easy it is to clean some of the grime and oil film off of your frying pans.
