Saturday Night Live hit a season best this Halloween. Comedian Nate Bargatze hosted the October 28 broadcast, which managed to draw a season high of 4.9M viewers, according to live+same-day Nielsen numbers.

The episode, also featuring musical guest the Foo Fighters, is the most-watched episode since December 10, when Steve Martin and Martin Short hosted.

That episode drew a cool 5.1M. NBCUniversal also reports that the Peacock livestream of Saturday Night Live was “above last season’s levels,” as were YouTube views and total interactions, though the studio didn’t give any details as to what those numbers were.

Saturday Night Live kicked off in October with an episode hosted by Pete Davidson. The sketch series barreled back onto NBC with 4.8M viewers, which was a 19% increase over the Season 48 premiere.
