Sabrina Carpenter On Casting Boyfriend Barry Keoghan In 'Please Please Please' Music Video: 'He Was Next to Me'

The 25-year-old entertainer dropped the visual back in June, with the real life couple having a bit of a Bonnie and Clyde style storyline.
In a new interview, Sabrina opened up about the decision to cast Barry in the video. Keep reading to find out more… “I am genuinely, like a not even biased opinion, was like, ‘Who’s the greatest actor that I can find for this music video?’” she said on CBS Sunday Morning. “And he was next to me, in a chair, and he was so excited about it.
And he liked the song, which is great. He’s a fan of the song.” “He does like my music a lot,” she added.
