S Club has appeared on The One Show tonight (Friday) on the eve of their comeback single and tour. The five-piece spoke frankly about missing Paul Cattermole, and fans were in floods at their reaction.
The 46-year-old died of natural causes in April as the band was planning its return to pop music. And now the remaining members have revealed that he is "fuelling all of the decisions we're making" ahead of the tour.
Speaking to Alex Jones and Ronan Kemp, Rachel Stevens said: "We never really thought about not coming back, we just needed time to take it all in, to pause for a bit and spend time together, and work out what we were going to do next. So we're now doing it in his honour and celebrating everything we have. He's fuelling all of the decisions we're making, it's just going to be a big celebration." Hannah Spearritt, who was previously in a relationship with Paul, is no longer taking part in the tour or single.
