The TV star, 35, posted a bathroom selfie that pictures him gazing into a fogged up mirror with a towel around his waist, as though recently out of the shower.
Beneath it, Rylan wrote: "I think this is how it ends. Bye x". The media personality followed the cryptic post with an additional Instagram story, which featured the same picture along with the text: "Send help".
Fans were quick to share their concern about the calls for help, with one begging: "Rylan could you please let us know that your ok as you've got a lot of people worried lots of love is coming your way xx".Another added: "Erm what do you mean this is how it ends?!" whilst a third warned: "Suggest you don't use posts like that.
