Rylan Clark left many fans with the same comment after enjoying a post-show dinner with his 'staff''. The TV and radio presenter jokingly called his BBC Radio 2 colleagues his 'staff' after inviting them to join him after their latest on-air antics on Saturday (July 6).

There was a bit of chaos on the programme, which Rylan hosts every Saturday from 3pm, as England's quarter-final match against Switzerland kicked off at 5pm, an hour before Rylan on Saturday was due to finish at 6pm.

The team did make it to the end of the show before being able to watch the second half in another studio, with Gary Davies catching the reaction to Trent Alexander-Arnold scoring the decisive penalty to see Gareth Southgate's side through to the Euro 2024 semi-final. Fans, however, were keen to see how Rylan's meal with Sally Boazman, Lotte Uttley and Simon Ward.

The 35-year-old shared a snap of the foursome in which they beamed for the camera with glasses of fizz close to hand, with Rylan saying: "Team Rylan @bbcradio2 celebrating @england." And it appears many of Rylan's fans, particularly listeners of his radio show, were quick to share the same thought. @samanthajayneharland said: "Omg it’s amazing to see what Simon and Lottie look like." @lynnerobertson12 echoed: "Hope the ‘staff’ enjoyed the meal.
