Ryan Reynolds
Ryan Rodney Reynolds (born October 23, 1976) is a Canadian actor, comedian, film producer and entrepreneur. He began his career starring in the Canadian teen soap opera Hillside (1991–1993) and had minor roles before landing the lead role on the sitcom Two Guys and a Girl between 1998 and 2001. Reynolds then starred in a range of films, including comedies such as National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002), Waiting... (2005), and The Proposal (2009). He also performed in dramatic roles in Buried (2010), Woman in Gold (2015), and Life (2017), and starred in action films such as Blade: Trinity (2004), Deadpool (2016), and 6 Underground (2019).

Ryan Reynolds shares support for cyclists riding in memory of Scots rugby legend Doddie Weir

Ryan Reynolds has thrown his support behind the 200 cyclists taking part in the Doddie Cup 555 who set off on their journey Cardiff to Murrayfield in Edinburgh today.

The Deadpool star, who owns Wrexham AFC with pal and comedian Rob McElhenney, wished the riders good luck as they embarked on their journey and sent a warm welcome to The Racecourse Ground, the home of his team, where the peloton will stop on Friday morning (February 10).

The Marvel actor has fronted the Disney+ documentary Welcome to Wrexham which follows Reynolds and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia creator McElhenney working together to transform the team.Ryan, who is married to Hollywood superstar Blake Lively, cheered on the Glenkinchie Whisky Riders, one of the sponsor teams taking part in the Doddie Cup 555, and all the ride participants.The 46-year-old said: “This is a message for the entire team on this incredible MND ride.

I just wanna wish you guys all the best – go get ‘em! What an incredible cause. It’s a wonderful thing you’re all doing.“I hear you may stop off at the Racecourse Ground, so enjoy it – it’s a pretty magical place, and best of luck to each and every one of you.” The Doddie Cup 555 Ride kicked off on Thursday morning at Principality Stadium, Cardiff, in support of the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
