Two runaway thieves were caught on CCTV scrambling down a road in Fife with a stolen dirt bike.Owner Aidan Kerr was left fuming after seeing the vehicle being taken in the footage - as well as realising a quad bike had also been nicked - from his container at Cartmore Industrial Estate in Lochgelly in the early hours of Wednesday January 25.Police have launched a probe after the 2017 KTM 250sx dirt bike and a 2020 Yamaha YFZ450R quad bike were stolen during the raid.
It's believed the pair are worth around £13,000.In partial footage of the incident shared with the Record, one person can be seen standing on the KTM bike while another pushes it from behind along the road.A van can also be seen on the CCTV slowly driving behind with its headlights on.
Owner Aidan claims to also have footage of people apparently sitting in the van before the incident took place. He is offering a reward for return of the bikes.In a Facebook post, he said: "Still gathering cctv, have them running like a pair of girls with the bike.
