Rod Stewart and Jools Holland team up for new album 'Swing Fever'

The album - which sees the unlikely duo - accompanied by Jools’ Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, is out on February 23 and features Jools and Rod's take on classic big band numbers.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Rod revealed how the unlikely pair bonded over their love of model railroads. He said: "It looks like an odd marriage.
But the first thing that brought us together was our love of model railroads, because we’re both fanatics!"As Jools added: "I suppose the background is that I’m known for my big band and we’re always doing live shows, and Rod, well, he’s just an incredible singer who does these amazing records and he’s an icon of rock and roll music, but he has a great affinity with swing music too!
