Rochelle Humes has told how her husband, JLS star Marvin, took her phone away when she began receiving abuse online. Fans are probably used to seeing the former singer hosting or appearing on This Morning.

But last year, Rochelle used her platform to speak about an important subject. The mum-of-three presented a documentary that shone a light on the number of black women who die in childbirth. Rochelle has now recalled the shocking fallout during a chat with Steven Bartlett on his The Diary Of A CEO podcast. She recalled how the "dial turned" overnight from her announcing her latest role to the backlash starting. "I announced that I was filming it and did a call out to say this is what we're filming and it sparked a real conversation," Rochelle explained. "People didn't know those stats and I think that was for me really important that we get that on a big stage. "Then overnight the dial turned.
