The proposal comes just a week after the mum of seven and Jennifer got matching tattoos and declared they would stay together for a "lifetime" on Instagram.
Braunwyn set up a beautiful picnic in park with macaroons, champagne and fresh fruit within the bustling city. As part of the set up there was a 'Marry Me' sign placed on a picnic blanket, next to pictures of them together.
Revealing the news on Instagram, Braunwyn said: "She said “YES!” Happy Anniversary @hashtag_blehssed , I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place then where we first met to ask you to be my wife and spend your life with me! "You truly are my person, I love you in all the ways, big and small, and I can’t wait to marry you (yes we have a date!!) xoxo. "I HAVE A FIANCÉ !!!
