A doctor who named himself after a Star Wars character while dealing drugs has been jailed for a second time. Shoaib Ahmad sold fake versions of the anxiety-reducing medication Xanax, cannabis and ecstasy online.
A drug consignment sent to a mailbox he rented was intercepted by investigators. The probe revealed he rented the mailbox under a different name but paid for it from his own bank account.
The investigation found he rented several mailboxes under different names, to receive shipments of drugs, which he then sold on to others.
Birmingham Live reports Ahmad used the names "IST" and "Imperial Storm Trooper" on the dark web, which can only be accessed by specialist software.
