Residents in North Lanarkshire are being encouraged to get out and about and walk away from the winter blues.Health walks, which are free to participate in, are a great way of meeting new friends while getting some gentle exercise outdoors, which can boost your mood.The daylight hours health walks organised by Get Walking Lanarkshire are a great way to shake off any winter blues, during the darker months which can often feel like a struggle.Walks last no longer than an hour and go at a gentle pace.
