Bethany Platt is back on the cobbles as Lucy Fallon has reprised her role as Sarah Barlow's grown-up daughter. The actress' return to Coronation Street was actually leaked earlier this year with on-screen mum Tina O'Brien later taking the blame.

Shortly after the reports emerged, it seemed on-screen mum Tina confirmed her return was true. Celebrating her 40th birthday at the time, she shared a picture of herself on set in the Platts' home with Helen Worth, Sue Nicholls, Jack P Shepherd, Ben Price and Julia Goulding who all play members of her on-screen family.
