This is the moment a rammy broke out outside a hotel where Rangers fans are known to be staying ahead of the Ibrox side's Europa League clash with Red Star Belgrade in Serbia.

It comes after supporters were warned by the Glasgow club not to travel around the city in small groups or late at night due to fears of trouble.

In a video shared on social media, a group of men all dressed in black can be seen approaching the Metropol Palace in Belgrade, on Wednesday night.Bottles can be heard smashing on the ground as the men head toward the entrance of the hotel.A Scottish man videoing the incident from above can be heard shouting "you b******s" as the fight breaks out.A group who appear from inside the hotel try to defend themselves with chairs and other objects.As the clip continues, more glass can be heard smashing before men who appear to be from inside the hotel run out of the premises and punches are thrown between the two groups.At one point a man can be seen on the ground with two thugs throwing punches at him while the man filming the fight shouts "help them".Sirens can then be heard before the group who had approached the hotel appear to run off down the road.Rangers FC issued a statement the day before before telling fans to be careful following reports that local thugs had been targeting travelling fans throughout the day and not to wear colours in the streets.The statement read: "Following tonight’s UEFA security meeting, we can confirm that Serbian Police have advised that supporters coaches can collect fans from Student Square from 4pm."Additional coaches will be put on by local authorities to aid independent supporters in heading to the match."After the fixture, there will be a holdback of up to two hours and
