There have been numerous tales about the events leading up to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 2018 nuptials. From alleged family disputes, reports of a stern talking-to from the late Queen, to Meghan's dissatisfaction with some of the wedding plans, it was undoubtedly a testing time for the palace staff.
However, it seems that the staff weren't the only ones finding it tough. It's been claimed that several of Harry's close school pals felt he had "changed too much" since his relationship with Meghan began.
When they voiced their worries, they were reportedly met with Harry's fury and subsequently barred from the evening wedding reception.
In the book Finding Freedom, authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand reveal that Prince Harry's mate Tom Inskip - affectionately known as 'Skippy' - felt like he'd "lost a friend" after Harry and Meghan's wedding in 2018.The authors allege that Tom had expressed worry over the pace of Harry's new romance and suggested the couple cohabit before getting hitched, reports the Mirror.
