Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Based on the corner of Eccles New Road and South Langworthy Road, the proposal by Beech Holdings is close to Langworthy Metrolink stop and a 20-minute walk from Salford Quays.
It includes plans for a ten-storey 'co-living' apartment complex, which lowers down to four storeys further along Eccles New Road. Shared kitchens are planned in each of the upper floors of the building, with each floor having a laundry room, with a total of 18 washers and 18 dryers spread across the building.
