Perth resident has hit out at the council over its alleged refusal to cut back hedges on a public pavement to allow social distancing - despite it promoting a message asking residents to trim back their own.
Robert McLeod of Stanley Crescent claims to have been in contact with the local authority on and off for the past three years over sprouting hedges right next to his property.The 57-year-old builder cut the hedges himself for many years before charges were introduced for garden waste by the council.
