Communities across Perth and Kinross are banding together to help the most vulnerable at threat from the coronavirus.Residents and businesses in a number of villages and towns have offered to deliver food items or medication to self-isolating individuals.Among the many offerings of vital support is the setting up of a Facebook page, ‘Carse Community Volunteers’, by Carse of Gowrie ward councillor Alasdair Bailey.The page’s statement reads: “[This is] a group for volunteers who are ready to help isolated or vulnerable people in the Carse of Gowrie during the coronavirus outbreak.“Please join if you are willing and able to help those in need as the situation develops.”Many residents have taken to the Bridge of Earn community Facebook page
