Paisley music icon Paolo Nutini lends name to letter calling out decision to axe creative industry funds

Paisley's Paolo Nutini is giving the Scots Government 0/10 after it cut aid to budding musicians.Pop legend Paolo has joined a supergroup of stars protesting the decision to scrap grant aid and is shining a light on a call for the cash to be put back into the music mix.The row centres around £6.6m of funds being scrapped from Creative Scotland’s open fund for individuals.

Cutbacks have also struck an out-of-tune chord with a host of Scottish talent.
