Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced proposals which would provide continued support for users of certain consumer credit products, who are struggling with their finances as a result of the ongoing impact from the coronavirus pandemic.
Under the latest FCA plans, overdraft customers will be able to ask for a further three-month interest-free buffer of up to £500 and anyone who has yet to request one will be able to do so until October 31.
