Justin Bieber
Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

North Lanarkshire bidding to renew Fairtrade zone

Community efforts to make Fairtrade products available across North Lanarkshire will be highlighted when a bid to renew the area’s status as a Fairtrade Zone is submitted in January next year.

The North Lanarkshire Council area as a whole gained Fairtrade Zone status in 2020 and support is organised through the North Lanarkshire Fairtrade Zone Steering Group, run by local residents and supported by the council.

North Lanarkshire also has localised zone and town status in Airdrie, Motherwell and Wishaw, with work underway to establish a zone in the Croy and Kilsyth area.
