Nicola explained she was spending precious moments with her grandmother and expressed her sadness at not being able to attend.The model conveyed her upset for missing out on the glitzy event, posting on Instagram: "Happy birthday to my beautiful mil @victoriabeckham I'm so sad I'm not there to celebrate you and hug you!
