Martin Dubravka received 'offensive' messages from a section of Newcastle supporters after he signed for Manchester United on loan.
Dubravka joined United on a season-long loan in the summer transfer window and the club paid a £2million loan fee to sign him, but the move failed and Newcastle eventually made the decision to recall the Slovakian in January.
Although Dubravka was expected to play in Europa League fixtures and domestic cup matches for United, David de Gea remained first choice in Europe, which mean he was given just two starts in the Carabao Cup early rounds.
