Everyone has a soft spot for the traditional crisp flavours; ready salted, cheese and onion, salt and vinegar, but it's often the more unique ones that people find themselves yearning for.Prawn cocktail, smoky bacon and Worcestershire Sauce are just a few other cherished creations, and now Walkers has thrown down the gauntlet to crisp fans with even more tantalising flavours inspired by sandwiches.The brand's sandwich-themed range includes three distinctive, yet widely adored combinations of sandwich fillings and Heinz sauces.

As part of this exclusive collaboration, the two leading manufacturers have concocted a Sausage Sarnie with Heinz Tomato Ketchup flavour, Cheese Toastie with Heinz Baked Beanz and Roast Chicken with Heinz Mayonnaise.Crisp-loving taste testers at the Express.co.uk had a go at these savoury snacks, which sparked a split in opinions based on aroma and taste.

Even the self-proclaimed crisp-sandwich superfans on the team were harsh critics of one of the flavours, agreeing that it was best left outside of the realms of new crisp flavours, reports the Express. Sausage Sarnie with Heinz Tomato Ketchup First up was this breakfast classic, a sausage-sarnie-inspired bag of crunchy delights.Expecting a meaty, slightly smoky flavour and a hint of ketchup (which has to be Heinz), some taste testers were disappointed by the ratio of the seasoning.

It was agreed that the initial taste was "like a basic sausage sandwich" - the kind made with unflavoured sausages nestled between two slices of white bread.The unique bread flavour was something to marvel, at and unlike any crisp flavour we had tried before.
