Netflix has finally announced a release date for the second series of Korean survival horror show Squid Games. The first series of Squid Game was released on the streaming service in September 2021 and quickly gained popularity - receiving a whopping 95% on Rotten Tomatoes and an 8/10 IMDB score.
In Squid Game Season 1, a group of indebted contestants were invited to take part in a mysterious, and unknowingly deadly, competition.

A trailer on X and wrote: “There’s no stopping the game. Squid Game Season 2 arrives 26 December.” Fans have flocked to the comments on X to express their excitement.
