Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

While fireworks were being delivered to the beach town for a planned July 4th celebration, they unintentionally discharged and caused a massive explosion. “It just freaked out a lot of people,” an eyewitness told WTOP. “People were on the boardwalk.
