THE Apprentice's Nick Showering has revealed a VERY different side to Lord Sugar that viewers don't see on screen. The 31-year-old finance manager from London became the latest candidate to leave the series after failing to impress Lord Sugar during a task based at Silverstone.

The remaining candidates headed to the British Grand Prix track to run team building days for two businesses. Whoever managed to make the most money at the end - once any refund requests had been taken into account - was the winning team but unfortunately Nick was on the losing side.

Nick had had a lucky escape from being fired last week, but in an exclusive chat with The Sun Online he revealed how he knew his days were numbered this week.

He said: "When we lost the task, I thought, Okay, I'm in a bit of trouble because in the previous episode, the pod one. I almost got on the wrong end of a double firing. "And I knew then 'if I don't win the next task, I could be in huge trouble'. "I was going to put myself forward as PM, but Steph obviously was in hospitality so I couldn't really go for it.
