Mark Wright has told fans there will be 'no excuses' after showing his 'love handles' following an indulgent summer. The radio and TV presenter is planning a health and fitness overhaul following some time off this summer.

Back in May, Mark opened up about weight gain after he enjoyed some time in Australia with his wife Michelle Keegan who was working on the upcoming second series of the BBC drama, Ten Pound Poms.

The former TOWIE star told how he was shocked to find that he was the 'heaviest' he'd ever been, but said that he planned on working hard to get back into shape. So I've got to get back on it, I've had a nice few months chilling, not eating properly, and not really training. "I do the odd hobby like padel, which I will continue to do here.
