Manchester Pride 2023 is finally here and the city-region is being turned into one of the country’s biggest celebrations of the LGBTQ+ community.
The annual festival features everything from parades to activism talks, brunches to late night parties and plenty of live music and entertainment throughout the weekend.
The four-day weekend celebration kicks off on Friday (August 25) and runs until Monday (August 28). Throughout the weekend there will be performances at the Gay Village Party from the likes of Danny Beard, Conchita, Lady Bushra, Natasha Bedingfield, Gok Wan, Cheddar Gorgeous, and Jodie Harsh. A large focus on the bill has also been given to women, people of colour, those in trans and non-binary communities and allies.
