Man appears in court charged with death of Scot found dead at hospital in March

appeared in court charged with murdering a man whose body was found nearly three months ago. Ben McCulloch, 26, is alleged to have killed Stephen Quigley, also 26, who was found dead in the grounds of a Scots hospital.

Prosecutors claim McCulloch, of Barrhead, East Renfrewshire, killed Quigley, of Neilston, East Renfrewshire, in March this year.

Quigley's body was found outside the Royal Alexandra Hospital, off Craw Road in Paisley, on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. McCulloch appeared from custody at Paisley Sheriff Court on Wednesday afternoon to face two charges - murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
