Mairead Ronan is self-isolating at home after her husband Louis and children were diagnosed with COVID. Louis, and the couple’s young daughters, four-year-old Eliza and two-year-old Bonnie have all been battling the virus for the past week or so despite the family’s attempts to be ‘so careful.’ Mairead who has tested negative three times has thankfully escaped infection as has her 13-year-old son Dara but she has remained off the airways for the past while to care for her family. ‘I clearly have some sort of immunity to it because I haven’t got it despite the fact that I was in the same bed as Louis.
