Train services will stop this afternoon as Storm Dudley brings heavy rain and high winds to Scotland.ScotRail will cease running service as a safety precaution, with gusts of around 90mph expected in coastal areas.Domestic rail services will be wound down by 4pm when the worst of the stormy weather is expected to sweep across the country.
