Louise Thompson's fiancé Ryan Libbey 'flees the nest' to be 'happy'

Louise Thompson says her fiancé Ryan Libbey has 'fled the nest' in a bid to be 'happy'.The former Made In Chelsea cast member says her partner and father of her son is in pursuit of being "happy" after the family have suffered a tough couple of years.

In the last few months, Louise has been hospitalised on a number of occasions. She took to Instagram to share a selection of snaps of her home life with Ryan and their two-year-old son, Leo.

Louise revealed that Ryan, 33, is away on a "longed for" trip to Devon to learn how to surf, writes The Mirror.So that Louise wouldn't be alone whilst he is away, Ryan made a sweet gesture by inviting Louise's dad to stay at the house whilst he's gone "in case anything happens".

Louise was surprised by the gesture but also touched.On Instagram, Louise told her followers: "Ryan has fled the nest and gone on a long 'longed for' trip away - He's driven to the North coast of Devon in an attempt to find peace and solitude and to try to learn how to surf. "Over the last couple of weeks we've both racked our brains to search for things that might make us more 'happy' and his brain has taken him to some nostalgic activities from his childhood, namely watching his cousin surf in Devon." Louise applauded Ryan for "prioritising" his mental health, as she spoke about the effects of her health issues on him and the family as a whole, which arose after she suffered a traumatic birth in 2021.She wrote: "Anyway, he has impressed me with his effort and endeavour to prioritise his MH.
