South Lanarkshire Council revealed a bold new vision for East Kilbride town centre yesterday - and the radical new plan has certainly got the town talking.Locals can now view the ambitious £100million proposal which would cut retail space at the struggling shopping centre by 42 per cent and see people living in the town centre.Public and stakeholder consultation has begun with drop-ins in the Princes Mall where locals can get a look at the full masterplan including a 3D model, with project leaders on hand to answer questions.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
