Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

Liam Gallagher hinted the much-anticipated Oasis reunion slated for next year might become a "permanent" fixture. The band's lead singer opened up about the potential longevity of his reconciliation with brother Noel Gallagher beyond their scheduled UK and Ireland tour dates from July to September next year.

Engaging with fans on Twitter/X, Gallagher, 51, suggested the pair might continue their partnership well beyond what was initially expected.Following in the footsteps of fellow Britpop giants Blur and Pulp, who have both made successful comebacks with Pulp touring and introducing new songs for the first time in over a decade at their gigs, and Blur delighting fans with fresh tracks including the 2023 release of 'The Ballad of Darren', Oasis' return is highly anticipated. In response to a fan's query about whether the Oasis reunion was a fleeting event or a more enduring reformation, asking: "Is the Oasis reunion just that, a one off, or is it a more permanent thing - are you back together for good?" Gallagher enigmatically responded: "Who knows Rkid." The exchange caused quite a stir among fans, with some pressing for clarity, questioning "what do you mean Liam".

Another hopeful fan expressed: "Hope Oasis is back for good, but main thing is you and Noel are best bros again." A third demanded a clearer indication, writing: "Cmon we need a more solid answer than that."With excitement already building for the reunion tour, Gallagher's teasers have raised the possibility of new music emerging from the Gallagher brothers.Gallagher previously claimed that Oasis' "new" album was complete and would be released in the future.
