Leeds Festival campers issued urgent warning amid Storm Lilian

Campers at Leeds Festival have been urged to secure their tents and drivers told to take care on the roads as Storm Lilian is set to surge through northern parts of England.

Forecasters have warned gusts of up to 80mph are expected, with travel disruption, flooding, power cuts and dangerous conditions all likely.

Yellow weather warnings for rain are in place. The storm is sweeping over the UK this morning, bringing with it windy and wet weather.
