Kind-hearted supermarket staff were in good voice recently to help a worthy cause.Workers at Asda Toryglen, near Rutherglen, held a singing contest to help the supermarket chain's Tickled Pink initiative.The campaign funds world class research, life-changing support, and vital breast awareness information to help change the future of breast cancer in the UK.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

Elizabeth told Lanarkshire Live : "It was absolutely amazing to raise so much for such a good cause. Considering times are tough at the moment, our customers were incredibly generous and supportive of the campaign. "As much as it is vital to raise funds for Tickled Pink, it’s also incredibly important to raise awareness as much as possible, it was great to be able to bring everyone together." Now in its 26 th year, the Asda Tickled Pink campaign aims to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer charities – Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel.
