A North Lanarkshire care home has been given good marks by inspectors but ordered to improve in several areas. An unannounced visit from the Care Inspectorate at Morningside Care Home saw the home score ‘adequate’ ratings for all categories including supporting people’s wellbeing, leadership, staff and the care and support planned.At a previous visit, inspectors urged Morningside bosses to upgrade several areas and in their newly released report, inspectors revealed their findings.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

This had led to more one to one time for people who stayed in their rooms.“There had been a joint resident and relative meeting where activities had also been discussed.
