Kym Marsh was left emotional during her latest TV appearance as she was reminded of her and her family's 'little person' after their devastating loss.

Earlier this year, the actress welcomed the news that families in England who've experienced the loss of a baby before 24 weeks of pregnancy will now be able to apply for a certificate to formally recognise their child existed, like Kym, who suffered the tragic loss of her own son, Archie.

Kym went through the devastating loss of baby Archie, with her ex-husband Jamie Lomas, in 2009 at 21 weeks of pregnancy. She later won huge praise for the harrowing Coronation Street storyline in 2017 which saw her character Michelle Connor go through the devastating loss of her baby Ruairi at 23 weeks after suffering a similar heartbreak in real life.
