EXCLUSIVE: A true-crime series exploring a possible serial killer in the Portland area is in the works. Back Roads Entertainment, which was founded by Colby Gaines, who was the co-founder of Pawn Stars producer Leftfield Pictures, has teamed up with Category 6 Media, which is part of A+E Factual Studios, to develop Killer Portland (w/t).
