Kate Middleton has been 'showered with luxury gifts' as she recovers from her abdominal surgery. The Princess of Wales hasn't been seen in public for over a month now as she recovers from the major operation.
But fans of the Royal Family were happy to hear that she was well enough to go back to her brood's old home Anmer Hall in Norfolk to spend half-term with her kids.
And it seems her pals have been making sure the princess is well taken care of while she gets better, writes The Mirror.Along with having her family there to help, Kate has a bunch of good friends, like Emilia Jardine-Paterson, Sophie Snuggs, Lady Laura Meade and Natasha Archer, who are thought to have been there to give practical help and emotional support.Ex-BBC Royal reporter Jennie Bond told OK!: "I'm sure these old friends would know exactly how to keep Kate's spirits up after such major surgery."They have probably pampered her with fabulous gifts of luxurious spa products and hampers of yummy treats to tempt her tastebuds.
They know what she might like to watch on TV or to read, and may have been sending recommendations and encouraging her to rest and take the time out she needs."Jennie also talks about how Carole and Pippa would have been very important in the last few weeks.
