Karen Pittman Leaves ‘And Just Like That’ Before Season 3

Meredith Woerner Deputy Editor, Variety.com Karen Pittman — who played Dr. Nya Wallace on “And Just Like That” since the “Sex and the City” revival premiered in 2021 — will not return for Season 3.
