The Queer Eye star was a guest on the program and was taken back when the conversation turned to a tense debate over trans rights. Keep reading to find out more… The debate over trans rights came after Jonathan and Dax were discussing if The New York Times was more left or right leaning, to which Jonathan argued that it was a lot more right then people think because of the paper’s content about gender-affirming care. Dax then argued that the paper is “challenging” ideas that teens should be allowed to take hormones and blockers. “Some people are very uncomfortable about teenagers transitioning,” he shared. “How do we know that the person’s not gonna change their mind?
